This residence has 4 bedrooms with open common areas, a terrace and an interior garden in an area of 350m2 on a cliff that allows panoramic views to the user as well as a connection with the nature through passive design

Landscape design proposal for an urban park located in the neighborhood of Guadalupe, Nuevo León The project prioritizes spaces for young children and adults, providing accessible green areas within a dense urban setting The design promotes play, recreation, recovery, and community interaction while incorporating urban planting and sustainable strategies to enhance the neighborhood’s environmental quality.
