A YEAR DELAY ON
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
In April, BC Housing paid $12.8 million for the Clearview Manor apartment building in North Kamloops, which had an assessed value of $4.2 million. The seller failed to complete renovations that were part of the deal, meaning the planned affordable housing building won’t be ready for occupancy until at least June 2024, almost a year later than planned.
