Efficient Cooling System
The latest achievements from the North American R&D center ensure that compressors always operate at their optimal condition. The design features independent oil, water,and air coolers combined with large-diameter fans, making it suitable for both extreme cold and hot climates.
Air Filtration System
The patented, maintenance-free centrifugal air pre-filter removes over 90of dust and impurities, extending the maintenance and replacement cycle of the filter element by five times. The precision filter layer of the cyclone-style main air filter removes the remaining dust, ensuring that the machine remains wear-free. The safety filter element allows air filter maintenance without shutting down the machine, ensuring safe operation. Suitable for continuous operation in harsh environments such as deserts and areas with high dust levels.
Oil-Air Separation System
Reduces the impact of over or under oiling the separator on the oil content of compressed air, consistently keeping the oil content in compressed air below 3 ppm. Clean compressed air contributes to the safe operation of pneumatic equipment.
10μ Precision Lubricating Oil Filter
Ensures minimal wear of moving components. The multi-stage fuel filtration system protects the reliability of the engine's fuel injection system.
Optional value-added system
Low temperature start system
The water pump of the fuel heater pumps the coolant in the engine body to the heat exchanger, and the oil pump pumps the fuel in the fuel tank to the burner and burns it. Through the continuous circulation of heat, the temperature of the coolant,the whole machine and the lubricating oil is kept constant. The improvement ensures the starting performance of the diesel engine in severe cold and plateau environments.
Aftercoolers and oil-air separators
Make sure that the outlet air temperature is not higher than 15℃ of the ambient temperature,and it is especially suitable for matching with equipment such as turbochargers that have requirements on the intake air temperature.
Remote start-stop, monitoring, positioning system
