Execu8ve Summary

Roarington is building a new cultural pla9orm where heritage becomes a shared experience.

By connec(ng the real world of automo(ve heritage, art and design with immersive digital environments, Roarington enables ins(tu(ons, collectors and brands to extend their cultural reach, while visitors and par(cipants can explore, experience and engage with heritage in en(rely new ways. What begins with real objects and authen(c stories evolves into a hybrid ecosystem where culture can be explored, driven and experienced together.

The (ming for such a pla9orm has become increasingly clear. Cultural par(cipa(on is shi\ing from passive consump(on toward interac(ve environments. Gaming pla9orms, social media and the creator economy have familiarised global audiences with digital worlds where people explore, interact and build communi(es. At the same (me, advances in real-(me 3D technologies, simula(on and ar(ficial intelligence now make it possible to represent real-world objects and environments with remarkable fidelity and to create immersive cultural experiences around them.

Roarington brings these developments together through Dreamland - a digital cultural environment accessible through roarington.world. Here, important cultural assets appear as cer(fied digital twins that can be explored in ways that are impossible in the physical world alone. Visitors can walk through digital museums, discover collec(ons, interact with objects and par(cipate in shared experiences with others around the world. Ins(tu(ons extend their reach beyond physical walls, collectors ac(vate important objects, and par(cipants engage with heritage as an evolving cultural landscape rather than a sta(c archive.

At the same (me, Roarington remains deeply anchored in the physical world. A growing network of high-fidelity simulators in museums, cultural ins(tu(ons and selected des(na(ons allows digital experiences to be experienced in tangible environments. Together with Digital Collector Edi(ons and a curated marketplace for cultural assets, this hybrid ecosystem creates new forms of par(cipa(on, collec(ng and cultural exchange.

The year 2026 represents the founda(onal phase for this ecosystem. With the launch of Dreamland, the ac(va(on of strategic partners and the con(nued development of the simulator network and community infrastructure, Roarington will establish the cultural and technological founda(on for long-term growth. In doing so, Roarington is not entering an exis(ng category. It is defining a new one.

Origins and Intent

To understand Roarington, it is important to understand where it began. Roarington did not begin as a technology venture. It began as a cultural commitment.

In 2019, at the TCCT Forum at the FIA in Paris, collectors, ins(tu(onal leaders and industry representa(ves gathered around a shared ques(on: how can classic car heritage con(nue to mader in a fast-moving world?

The Classic Car Trust was founded as a not-for-profit ini(a(ve dedicated to fostering the heritage, enjoyment and preserva(on of classic cars. Created by collectors for collectors, aficionados and experts, TCCT set out to provide a trusted pla9orm — a place to meet, exchange knowledge and safeguard cultural value across genera(ons.

Yet preserva(on alone is no longer sufficient.

A new genera(on engages with culture in fundamentally different ways. Culture has become interac(ve. Iden(ty is hybrid. Par(cipa(on maders more than observa(on.

Roarington emerged as an ini(a(ve of The Classic Car Trust to respond to this shi\ — not by replacing the physical world, but by extending it. What began as stewardship has evolved into a broader cultural pla9orm connec(ng ins(tu(ons, collectors, brands and audiences across both physical and digital environments.

The ambi(on is not simply to digi(ze the past, but to ac(vate it — bridging the physical world with the digital realm and ensuring that heritage remains lived, relevant and experienced across genera(ons.

This is the founda(on of Heritage in Mo(on.

The Roarington Proposi8on

Roarington connects the real world of automo(ve heritage, art and design with a digital experience universe where culture can be explored, driven and experienced together.

At its core, Roarington brings together elements that have tradi(onally existed separately: the real world of important automobiles, collec(ons and cultural ins(tu(ons; a digital environment where these assets appear as cer(fied digital twins; and immersive physical interfaces — including highfidelity simulators — that allow people to engage with this heritage in tangible ways.

By bridging the physical world with the digital realm, Roarington creates a hybrid ecosystem in which heritage becomes accessible, par(cipatory and globally connected.

Each layer contributes something essen(al.

The physical world provides authen(city, cra\smanship and cultural legi(macy.

The digital environment provides global reach, narra(ve depth and accessibility.

The simulator network adds an embodied dimension — allowing heritage not only to be seen, but experienced and, in the case of automobiles, driven.

Together, these elements form a new category: a reality-anchored hybrid ecosystem in which preserva(on evolves into par(cipa(on.

For ins(tu(ons and museums, Roarington extends the reach of collec(ons beyond physical walls and enables new forms of storytelling and engagement.

For collectors, it offers a way to ac(vate important automobiles beyond private ownership and make them part of a shared cultural narra(ve.

For brands and partners, it provides an authen(c environment to engage with discerning audiences.

For par(cipants — from dedicated enthusiasts to a new genera(on discovering this world — it creates a place to explore, interact and belong.

Community is a core dimension of the pla9orm. Roarington transforms spectators into par(cipants through shared experiences, compe((ons and curated digital spaces.

Over (me, the pla9orm also enables new forms of cultural collec(ng. Cer(fied digital twins and limited Digital Collector Edi(ons allow real and digital assets to coexist within a trusted marketplace environment.

Roarington is not a gaming pla9orm, although elements of gamifica(on enrich the experience.

It is not a virtual world detached from reality.

And it is not a specula(ve marketplace disconnected from cultural value.

Its dis(nc(ve character lies in the authen(city of its founda(ons: every experience begins with a real object, a real story or a real cultural context.

The digital amplifies the real.

The physical becomes interac(ve. Roarington turns heritage into a shared experience.

Why Now

When we first began discussing the idea behind Roarington several years ago, one observa(on was clear: important cultural heritage needed new ways to remain visible and relevant in a rapidly changing world.

What has changed since then is the environment around us. Several developments have accelerated drama(cally and now create the condi(ons for Roarington to emerge.

Today more than three billion people worldwide par(cipate in gaming environments - an industry that now exceeds the size of film and music combined. Pla9orms such as Roblox, Fortnite or Minecra\ show how people increasingly spend (me inside digital worlds rather than simply consuming content. The same shi\ can be observed across social media and the creator economy, where par(cipa(on and interac(on have replaced passive viewing.

This shi\ is also visible in cultural ins(tu(ons. Museums increasingly speak about immersive storytelling, interac(ve exhibi(ons and digital extensions that allow audiences to explore collec(ons in new ways.

At the same (me, technology has matured to a level where the physical world can now be represented digitally with remarkable fidelity. Real-(me 3D engines, advanced scanning technologies and high-fidelity simula(on make it possible to create precise digital twins of real objects - whether automobiles, architecture or works of art - and to experience them interac(vely.

And ar(ficial intelligence is now accelera(ng everything.

AI is rapidly transforming how people interact with informa(on and digital environments. Intelligent avatars can guide visitors through complex spaces, storytelling can adapt to individual interests, and digital environments can learn from user behaviour. These capabili(es are only

beginning to unfold, but they will profoundly shape how cultural experiences are created and experienced.

At the same (me, many of the world’s most important cultural assets remain physically limited.

Iconic automobiles, artworks, archives and collec(ons are preserved in museums or private collec(ons - o\en accessible only to a rela(vely small audience. This protects them, but it also limits their cultural reach.

Roarington connects these reali(es. Digital twins extend access and storytelling. Immersive environments enable explora(on and par(cipa(on. And community transforms spectators into par(cipants.

Together, these elements open a new possibility: heritage is not only preserved, but ac(vely experienced and shared.

An

Why Roarington Can Win

Roarington is uniquely posi(oned to build this new ecosystem.

First, it is deeply rooted in the real world of automo(ve and cultural heritage. Through The Classic Car Trust (TCCT) and its network, Roarington has established trusted rela(onships with collectors, museums, manufacturers and cultural ins(tu(ons. These rela(onships provide access to the authen(c objects and stories that form the founda(on of the pla9orm.

Second, Roarington combines elements that are rarely brought together. Cultural ins(tu(ons, private collec(ons, digital twins, immersive environments and physical simulators are integrated into a single ecosystem. This hybrid model allows heritage to move seamlessly between the physical and digital world.

Third, Roarington has already begun to ac(vate this ecosystem through partnerships with leading ins(tu(ons and brands. Collabora(ons with organisa(ons such as Mercedes-Benz Heritage, MAUTO, design houses and cultural partners demonstrate how ins(tu(ons can extend their reach through digital experiences while preserving the authen(city of their collec(ons.

Fourth, Roarington bridges digital and physical experiences. Dreamland provides global access to cultural assets and interac(ve storytelling, while the growing network of Roarington simulators and physical installa(ons anchors these experiences in real loca(ons — from museums to cultural venues and luxury des(na(ons.

Roarington is therefore posi(oned not to compete within an exis(ng category, but to define a new one.

Prof Markus Gross and Fritz Kaiser Technology and cultural vision meet in the development of Roarington

Dreamland

Dreamland is where the Roarington vision comes to life.

Accessible through roarington.world, it is a digital world where important cultural assets — from historic automobiles to artworks and collec(ons — are recreated as cer(fied digital twins and can be explored in ways that are impossible in the physical world alone.

Visitors can walk through digital museums, collec(ons and curated environments, discover the stories behind iconic objects and interact with them directly. Dreamland transforms spectators into protagonists.

Historic automobiles can be experienced on recreated roads and racetracks, while exhibi(ons and collec(ons can be explored together with others in shared digital spaces defined by passion rather than status.

New forms of storytelling also become possible. Archives, historical material and expert knowledge can be presented dynamically, o\en through intelligent avatars that guide visitors and answer ques(ons in real (me — crea(ng a level of interac(on that tradi(onal exhibi(ons cannot offer.

For partners and ins(tu(ons, Dreamland offers a new stage for heritage. Museums extend beyond their walls, private collec(ons become shareable, brands ac(vate their history globally, and cultural narra(ves reach audiences far beyond those who can visit in person.

Over (me, Dreamland will evolve into a growing cultural landscape where ins(tu(ons, collectors and partners can create their own spaces and experiences.

A place where the past, present and future converge - and where the legacy of innova(on con(nues to inspire new genera(ons.

Community and Par8cipa8on

Roarington is not only a place to explore heritage - it is also a place where people meet.

Dreamland welcomes visitors who can discover collec(ons, exhibi(ons and experiences. Those who wish to par(cipate more ac(vely can become members of the Roarington community, gaining deeper access and the ability to engage with others who share the same passion for automobiles, design, art and cultural history.

Par(cipants require a digital iden(ty. This iden(ty allows individuals to be present and interact within the environment and may, if desired, be represented through an avatar.

Communi(es can form around shared interests - from automo(ve heritage and racing to the ar(s(c world around the Roarington Art Center or collectors sharing rare automobiles.

These shared spaces are defined by curiosity, knowledge and passion rather than status.

Hybrid Ecosystem. Bridging Digital and Physical Worlds

Roarington is designed as a hybrid ecosystem in which digital and physical experiences reinforce each other.

Dreamland provides global access to cultural assets and immersive par(cipa(on. At the same (me, Roarington connects to real-world loca(ons where these experiences can be anchored in physical environments.

High-fidelity simulators allow par(cipants to experience the digital twins of historic automobiles in a tangible way — whether within museums, cultural ins(tu(ons, private collec(ons or carefully selected des(na(ons such as hotels and resorts.

These physical installa(ons create shared moments that extend the digital world into real spaces. They also allow events, compe((ons and championships to take place across mul(ple loca(ons, connected through the Roarington pla9orm.

Par(cipa(on is not limited to these physical loca(ons. Dreamland can also be accessed from home, allowing individuals to explore environments, interact with others and take part in the evolving cultural landscape.

Through this hybrid structure, Roarington bridges two worlds: the authen(city of real heritage and the accessibility of digital experience.

Digital Collector Edi8ons and Marketplace

One of the most powerful implica(ons of digital twins is the emergence of a new form of cultural collec(ng.

In the art world, limited edi(ons of important works have long allowed collectors to own a cer(fied reproduc(on of an original. Roarington extends this idea into the digital age.

Through Digital Collector Edi(ons (DCE), selected automobiles, artworks and cultural objects can be released as limited digital edi(ons, created in collabora(on with the ins(tu(ons or collectors who own the original pieces.

These edi(ons are based on the original digital twin of the object and are issued as cer(fied digital reproduc(ons of that original. Each edi(on is carefully curated and strictly limited.

This creates a new way for collectors and enthusiasts to engage with cultural heritage.

A DCE can be experienced within Dreamland, shared with the community and, in the case of automobiles, even driven in digital environments such as historic races or curated driving experiences.

Over (me, Roarington will also develop a curated marketplace where both digital and physical cultural assets can be exchanged.

This marketplace may include Digital Collector Edi(ons as well as selected real-world objects and experiences offered by trusted partners, ins(tu(ons and collectors.

In this way, Roarington extends the idea of collec(ng into a hybrid world where cultural value can exist simultaneously in physical and digital form.

Strategic Partnerships

Roarington is built as a collabora(ve ecosystem.

Its development depends on close partnerships with ins(tu(ons, collectors, cultural organisa(ons and brands that share an interest in preserving and ac(va(ng heritage for future genera(ons.

Automo(ve manufacturers, museums and private collec(ons provide access to the authen(c objects and stories that form the cultural founda(on of the pla9orm. Cultural partners — including ar(sts, designers and ins(tu(ons — contribute addi(onal perspec(ves that expand the world beyond automobiles.

For these partners, Roarington offers a new stage for heritage. Collec(ons can reach global audiences, archives can be presented in new ways, and cultural narra(ves can become interac(ve experiences rather than sta(c exhibi(ons.

Luxury brands and lifestyle partners also find a natural environment within Roarington. Through curated experiences, limited edi(ons or physical installa(ons, they can engage a community that values cra\smanship, history and cultural authen(city.

At the same (me, Roarington maintains a selec(ve approach to partnerships. The pla9orm is designed as a curated cultural environment where quality, authen(city and long-term collabora(on take precedence over scale.

In this way, Roarington grows not as a tradi(onal pla9orm, but as a carefully developed ecosystem shaped by its partners.
