Baked zucchini and garlic fries INGREDIENTS

2 zucchinis, cut into strips 1 large egg 1/4 cup plain flour 1-2 teaspoons of TASTEOLOGY Garlic Salt A pinch of TASTEOLOGY Black Pepper 1 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

STEPS

• Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. • Whisk egg. • Combine bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper and parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix. • Dip zucchini in the flour, then the egg and finally into the bread crumb mixture. • Place coated zucchini onto prepared tray and bake them for approximately 15 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown colour. Cooking time will vary with the thickness of your zucchini strips, so keep a close eye.
