We were able to chat with the folks over at Club Tabu in Lansing recently about some pretty exciting improvements and expansions happening. Last summer the owners at Tabu embarked on a journey to make their already awesome Lounge even more awesome with the expansion of The Sanctuary. Located adjacent to Tabu, the new 12,000 square foot facility has everything one could want in a Lifestyle Swingers Lounge. From swings to harnesses, and from private rooms to some “holey” rooms, nothing is to be missed at the Sanctuary and Tabu. And unlike a traditional BH experience, this facility is open to everyone! Single guys, couples, ladies, and everyone in between is welcome to stop in and play a game of pool, or pocket pool, with a friend!

It’s 2026 and Go-Girl Saugatuck is ready to go out with a bang! We are all familiar with The Dunes, the Midwest’s largest outdoor gay resor t. But what if we told you that for one weekend in the, the Dunes transforms into the largest All Girls Par ty in the Midwest? We wanted to get the f ull scoop on this event, so we spoke with the brainchild of Go-Girl, Mimi Gonzalez, to hear f irsthand why this year’s event will be the biggest and best yet. “The idea came from The Dunes owner, Mike Jones,” said Mimi “At the time he was looking for a producer for a girls weekend,” And the rest is histor y. The f irst event in 2016 has expanded to a f ull blown Girls Weekend at the Dunes. From names like Melissa Ferrick, to groups like the Cinema Systers, Go-Girls has brought the hottest names and per formances in the Lesbian community to Saugatuck for this all-weekend par ty. Women from all over the Midwest come in for this event; from Detroit, to Grand Rapids, and from Indy to Ohio, the women who know, know what’s up. Past per formances have included f ire breathers, D js, Musical acts, and even a woman who can shoot sparks from her crotch! (don’t tr y that at home).
And just like their gay-male counterpar ts, the ladies at the dunes know how to get down. From late night cruising to f un hot tub time with your lady, the Go-Girl girls are just as f un and wild as gay men. “Without the friendship and par tnership with Mike (Jones) at the dunes, none of this would be possible.” said Mimi “We owe this event to the strong friendship between the gay and lesbian communities.” While this may be the last year for Go-Girl Saugutuck, we’re sure something big and beautif ul will follow in the years to come.
