CHARCUTERIE WREATH
The holidays are my favorite time of year. It’s a time to slow down a bit, reflect on the prior year and focus on the future. One of my favorite things to do is host parties and try out new recipes for our friends and family. INSTRUCTIONS
Gather your antipasto ingredients. Prep any that require chopping, slicing or cubing. Skewer ingredients onto large toothpicks. Arrange in a wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board. Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly around wreath. Sprinkle with micogreens.Transfer to refrigerator until ready to serve.
