One of the greatest comedians that ever lived.
The original albums weren't available (most still aren't) in my country when I first heard George back in 2001. Beginning with "Complaints & Grievances," it was love at first listen. I hadn't seen any of the actual CD or jacket designs, and simply based the designs on what I knew of the material. As I got to his earlier works, my designs got cleaner thanks to the purchase of decent pens (I used acetate pens) and doodling cleaner designs. The CDs included in the collection are of his audio only albums, beginning with 1966's "Take-Offs & Put-Ons." "Carlin & Burns," "Killer Carlin," his audiobooks, along with filmed HBO specials like his final show, "It's Bad For Ya"aren't included as I hadn't heard these at the time.
