Tether and Timber
Located on the Leeds – Liverpool Canal, specifically in Liverpool, Bankhall Street. A historic canal warehouse has been reimagined as a boatbuilding workshop bridging heritage and innovation to tackle the housing crisis. Through craft, community spaces, and storytelling, it anchors the past to a more imaginative, shared future. I have proposed 6 small scaled buildings each with important uses.

1:500 MASSING ON SITE MODEL
Models allow a visual impact that drawings or a 3D digital model cannot give. It constantly helped inspire my design process and pay close attention to key details better.

Weather or Not
Located at the summit of Gummers How in the Lake District , this weather station facilitates meterological reasearch while inviting the public to engage with the landscape through carefully framed scenic viewpoints. It is off the grid and explores the use of biomass. The form has been directly inspired from the contour lines blending into the landscape seamlessly.

Kempston St Photography Studio
This project was focused on creating a retrofit to an existing building located in the Fabric District , Liverpool. Creating a photography studio that has a source of natural lighting with an outdoor garden. The requirements were a 100m2 studio 50m2 black box and a 200m2 studio.

Reviving Velez - Malaga
During my study abroad I took a class that involved delving into the historic area of Velez - Malaga. Taking a more landscape approach I created a scheme that involved cherishing the nature and natural environment. Enhancing water scarcity and eco systems , using abandoned plots. To help achieve this further involving the community was key.

An Ecotone is the transition area between two ecological communities. Species from both can intermingle, there are already plenty of these within Velez – Malaga but this proposal will enhance them. The high mountains and natural landscapes are an example of the boundaries where the land meets natural vegetation and ponds which create ecotones that support diverse species.
