DAILY WHOLENESS GUIDE Have you ever wondered what leads to a healthy and satisfying life? A life of spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical
wholeness? Or maybe you’re just trying to find freedom from hurt, anxiety, or an unwanted behavior like looking at porn. Either way, a better life is possible here and now. The way we experience healing and freedom is actually by taking steps to thrive each day! Based on biblical truth, brain science, psychology, and our combined decades of research, this daily guide will help you experience a thriving life. These daily rhythms are not intended to be binding, but rather to help you take steps to experience healing, freedom, and wholeness in your daily life. If these practices are new to you, you may consider beginning by trying two to three of these steps every day for a week.
SPIRITUAL WHOLENESS MEDITATE Breath deeply and slowly. Close your eyes. Remind yourself of truth and visualize God being with you. Experience his love, truth, and presence. This reduces the activity of your limbic system (emotional brain)1, slows down your heart rate, and helps you develop new healthy core beliefs.
