NILGIRIS TEA EXPERIENCE HUB AND TRIBAL HERITAGE CENTRE A sanctuary that honors traditional tea cultivation practices, showcases the unique heritage of Nilgiri tribes, and simultaneously fosters a thriving, economically empowering tourism model. This study invites readers to discover the complexities and potential rewards inherent in this innovative project, with implications extending far beyond the fragrant slopes of the Nilgiris. 1

THE LINEAR FACADE The linear featured facade provides a verticality for the whole design that can inturn create a sense of enough size required to fit in the vast mountainous landscape

THE DECK SPACES In between each gallery blocks, there are deck spaces that acts as breakout spaces for the visitors. All the deck spaces has views towards the tea gardens on both directions

THE KAYAKING FACILITY Kayaking facility is there in the south side of the site and gives all the visitors the experience of the lake that is formed towards the south of the site.

THE PLAZA AND SKYWALK The plaza and skywalk are the main attraction for the visitors. The plaza space will be crowded most of the time and the skywalk provides the best views from the site in every direction

THE TEA FACTORY The tea factory cum tea processing exhibition hall is the main exhibition galery for the tea museum. All the processes of tea manufacturing, and packaging are showed here

TEA TASTING SPACES Private tea tasting spaces in between the tea gardens that provides the visitors the experience of tea tasting and tea ceremonies in the proper way of doing it.

TODA TRIBAL INSTALLATION The traditional toda huts and toda temples are constructed as a part of toda tribal installation for the visitors to get direct knowledge and undertsnding about the tribal architecture.

A CONTRAST IN THE HABITAT The building stands as an independent entity in the surrounding landscape and acts as a major landmark in the area. All the tourists passing through the nearby roads tend to notice the structure and also develops a curiosity to explore the whole building
