Biography of Joseph McQuerry
Kentucky-based Joseph McQuerry is an experienced professional whose leadership skills and analytical thinking are sought after in diverse industries and disciplines. He served our country for over a decade in the Marine Corps and worked as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) before entering the private sector. His experience, communication skills, problem analysis and solutions, and adaptability in adverse situations have shaped his diverse skills.
A Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps During his time with the Marines, McQuerry was meritoriously promoted, going from recruit to Staff Sergeant in Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence. He served as an instructor and military liaison for the Military Intelligence Basic Officer’s Course in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Staff Sergeant in the Marines, his responsibilities included planning, coordinating, and commanding hundreds of mobile combat patrols in support of counter-insurgency and counter-IED operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He led four heavily armed Humvees, conducting sweep operations on main supply routes. McQuerry also managed twelve marines' daily duties and well-being in combat conditions.
