Thays Toschi is a lawyer, graduated and post graduated in Entrepreneurial Law from Mackenzie and in Public Law from ESAEscola Superior de Advocacia da OAB/SP (The Higher School of Law of the Sao Paulo Bar Association). She holds extension courses from PUC/SP, IBMEC, FGV, WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and INPI.

She is the Chair of the Committee on the Studies of Fashion Rights of OAB/SP, a new market area of the Law also known as “Fashion Law”, being one of the first ones in Brazil. She is a reasercher in the field since 2006 and it was though her work that started in OAB/SP, in 2013, under the tutorship of “Fashion Law” of the Commission of Young Lawyers of OAB/SP, presently a Coordination, that it was institutionally created in OAB/SP and in Brazil. She was the first lawyer to dedicate herself exclusively to this theme “Fashion Law” aims at the interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity and is an emerging market very well known abroad.

She is the idealizer, coordinator and professor of the “Fashion Law course: where Fashion and Law meet” at FMU, where she is also a University Professor in Copyrights and Insustrial Property, Civi Procedure and Professional Ethics. She also teaches at ESA – OAB/SP, in “Fashion Law” courses.
