Quest Orange isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place where you can truly live like a local. Here’s a quick guide to our facilities and services.
RECEPTION HOURS
Reception is open daily between 7am & 10pm. Hours may vary on public holidays. For after hours emergencies, please dial ‘9’ from your in-room phone or call 02 5317 8900.
HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY
Your apartment will be serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. If you are staying 7+ nights, you will receive a reduced service. Should you require any additional items or servicing on a non-service day, please let our team know and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you. Our communal laundry is located on Level 1, with complimentary access to washing machines, dryers, and laundry liquid.
POWER
Place your room key into the power socket upon entering your apartment to activate the lighting and air conditioning.
AIR CONDITIONING
All apartments have individually controlled heating and cooling. Ensure all external doors and windows are closed for this to function properly.
HIGH SPEED WI-FI
Connect to our complimentary Wi-Fi by entering your room number and surname when prompted after connecting to ‘Quest Orange Wifi’.
ROOM PHONE
External calls can be made by dialling ‘0’ followed by the number you wish to call. Contact reception for the extension for other guest rooms as required.
SMART TV & NETFLIX
Access to all free to air stations along with Netflix for individual account holders.
LONG STAY GUEST RUBBISH
Our rubbish bins for long stay guests are located at the car park entrance gate. Please do not leave rubbish in the car park bins or hallways.
DINING
Quest Orange has partnered with various cafés & restaurants to provide an easy to use chargeback service. Chargeback cards are available at reception. Our onsite restaurant Monty’s offers room service.
IN-ROOM COOKING & NESPRESSO
All apartments are equipped with stovetops. The safety switch is located on the power point. Nespresso machines can be found in all apartments. Factory Espresso located directly across the road is a fabulous coffee experience.
ON-SITE GYM
Our gym is located on Level 2 and is open daily between 6am & 10pm for all in-house guests.
BBQ AREA & ROOFTOP
Our BBQ area & rooftop is located on Level 3 and can be accessed daily by all guests between 6am & 11pm. Complimentary BBQ utensils are available at reception. The rooftop offers the most spectacular sunsets over Mount Canobolas.

Raku Izakaya, established in 2018 is Orange’s first and only modern Japanese Restaurant.
A great place to dine and drink combining an intriguing and cosy atmosphere with dishes based on Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients and sauces with a contemporary flair, using local Australian ingredients. Providing a wide range of local wines, Japanese Saké, spirits plus beautifully made cocktails some with a Japanese twist!
