Description:
An expansion of the historic Ochiltree Block Building in Denver was a testament to our careful planning and execution. We designed the exterior to complement the existing structure, using white masonry brick to harmonize with the red brick blocks on the Zuni Street side and a corrugated steel facade on the western side for a contemporary and industrial look.

Description: This proposal is for a new senior living apartment building with 165 affordable housing units for people aged 55 and older. The building will be constructed in two phases but eventually function as one community. The proposal also includes amenities like driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, patio spaces, outdoor areas, and landscaping, all designed to improve residents’ quality of life.
