Jonathan Pasternak is a nationally recognized bankruptcy attorney and restructuring consultant with more than 36 years of experience in corporate reorganization, distressed debt, and commercial real estate matters. Over the course of his career, he built one of the largest Chapter 11 debtor bankruptcy practices by volume in the United States, representing hundreds of private and public companies across diverse industries. As a seasoned bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer, Jonathan has advised debtors, creditors, institutional stakeholders, and court-appointed fiduciaries in complex financial transactions and insolvency proceedings. His core expertise includes Chapter 11 bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, workouts, recapitalizations, asset sales, and debt restructuring. For more than 20 years, Jonathan led his own boutique bankruptcy law firm, which became one of the nation’s top Chapter 11 debtor firms by case volume. In addition to maintaining an active caseload, he directed firm operations and developed high-level restructuring strategies.
