Spelling, Grammar & Punctuation (formerly Jolly Grammar) is a six-level programme that gives young children the skills they need to spell and punctuate more accurately, use a wider vocabulary and have a clearer understanding of how language works.
The Teacher’s Book for each level offers in-depth guidance on the programme, which introduces new spelling patterns, supports a greater understanding of sentence structure, expands vocabulary and comprehension and cultivates dictionary and thesaurus skills. It also provides a set of structured lesson plans that introduce complex grammatical concepts in an engaging and child-friendly way.
As part of the new Jolly Literacy brand, all the Teacher’s Books have new covers and ISBNs. Levels 3–6 remain the same in terms of content, but the inside pages have a fresher look and feel.
