For a quick start and a smooth end to the day, there is just one boarding point; at our premises near Henley. It is safe, secure, well-lit and you can park all day here FREE OF CHARGE! (Car Parking is at Owners Risk).
Directions
Our premises are situated one mile north of Henley, on the A3400, travelling towards Birmingham. Upon arrival, enter via the ‘Entrance’ gateway and follow the signs for ‘Express Parking’. For passengers being dropped off and collected later, there is ample space. Post code for satnav users is B95 5QS.
All coaches used on Express Excursions will be from our top-class touring fleet, equipped with air-conditioning, reclining seats and a toilet.
We require payment in full within 7 days of booking. We will then email (or post if you prefer) a confirmation/receipt which is also your ticket for the excursion. If payment is not received within this time, your booking will be cancelled. (Online bookers can print off their confirmation).

There are no reductions for Senior Citizens.
(a) By the company if, due to less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel any excursion, we reserve the right to do so up to 2 working days prior to departure. All monies paid by passengers will be refunded and following that, we shall be exempt from further liability.
(b) By the passenger you may cancel your booking at any time, however, your fare is non-refundable.
Alterations
The company reserves the right to alter or cancel any excursion listed in this brochure, or to change the size and specification of vehicle used. On occasion it may be necessary to allocate a vehicle with a larger seating capacity. When this occurs, please be advised that seat numbers may change.

Unaccompanied Children
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
Our ‘Comfort Stop’, here at our premises, is open for toilets and drinks, 24 hours a day. Our hot drinks machine serves Douwe Egberts bean coffee, PG tips leaf tea and Galaxy hot chocolate. For just £1 a cup, you can buy one to take on board with you or grab one before your journey back home.
