ORDERS

Minimum opening order for entire collection is $2,500, $1000 for decorative pillows only, and $750 for accessories only. A $2500 annual minimum must be maintained in order to remain an active wholesale account. Re-order minimum is $150. A $20 processing fee will apply to all orders that do not meet the re-order minimum. Email orders to orders@johnrobshaw.com, or visit our website: johnrobshaw.com. Backorders will be shipped without notice.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped UPS ground from New Jersey. Special handling requests are subject to extra charges at John Robshaw Textiles’ discretion. Some of our products (i.e pillow inserts) may require shipment in oversized cartons and are subject to higher freight charges. All clients pay shipping and handling fees. Rush fees of $15 per every 10 units ordered apply to same day requests. Rush order requests must be submitted before 11am EST to ship out same day, otherwise it will go out with the following day’s rush orders. Drop ship orders receive a flat $10 drop ship fee. John Robshaw Textiles is not responsible for delays re: ship dates due to inclement weather.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS

All new accounts must pay by credit card for initial orders. Net 30 terms after application approval. E-mail accounting@johnrobshaw.com.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late charges of 1.5% per month will be charged to all past due accounts.

RETURNS / CLAIMS

Please note, our products are handcrafted and therefore, may vary slightly in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered quality issues and will not be grounds for returns. Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. All claims must be submitted to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Please email orders@johnrobshaw.com. Returned items must be approved by JR and provided an RA# before returning. All return shipments unaccompanied by an RA# or paperwork will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of order received. Products must be in original packaging to receive a refund. Damaged product will not be accepted. The client will pay freight for returns.
