Solution 1- Configure the DPI settings in Windows

The Dots per Inch (DPI) index for a normal monitor is around 100%, whereas it jumps to 125-130% in the case of high-resolution monitors. If you switched to a new monitor, you should also configure your DPI settings to prevent any issues in the display. Follow the steps given below to accomplish the same-

• Close QuickBooks on your computer.

• Go to the folder with QuickBooks files and right-click on QuickBooks.exe.

• Select Properties from the options.

• Go to the Compatibility tab and click the checkbox alongside Disable display scaling on High DPI settings. You can tap Change high DPI settings and click Override high DPI scaling behavior.
