Dear Mr. Carney:
Please read: "Scotland’s key carbon capture project faces collapse in new blow to Miliband".
Carbon Capture and Storage, CCS, is energy-intensive and costly, with no benefit to plants or other living creatures. It is based on false information that you and the media promote.
As my co-author says:
"The one idea that is plain stupid and totally uneconomic is to have a CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) system to offset any extra CO2.
The examples below are good reasons not to include the CCS clause.
CCS will increase the pipeline's cost.
It will slow down project implementation and increase complexity.
As promoted by the CO2 Coalition and others, any extra CO2 is indistinguishable at the molecular level from natural CO2 and is a massive benefit to all life on Earth!"
Please read and learn.
