WELCOME

As we prepare for our 2nd Annual Production Sale here at the ranch, we reflect on what has undoubtedly been an historic year. We hope that you have been able to capture greater profitability that’s been recently prevalent in the cattle sector.

As we continue to build our brand and the reputation of the MCC prefix our focus is on breeding balanced trait cattle for profit and sustainability. Balance is what we hang our hat on as we evolve as a seedstock operation. We are a family of livestock judgers, so the core value of looking at stock is not only one of our pastimes, but it is also our passion. Visual appraisal will always be part of the equation here at MCC. Numbers are equally important, but we refuse to chase the numbers at the expense of phenotype.

2026 will mark our 30th anniversary ranching in Nebraska. We have spent the last three decades balancing feeding cattle with breeding cattle. Cattle pay the bills at MCC. We know the value of a maternal cow as well as the importance of the two main drivers of profitability in the feedlot: performance and carcass traits.

It is our job as a seedstock provider to select genetics that will perform at a high level phenotypically while offering desired numeric credentials. Pursuing a balance in these areas is what drives us every day to create profit in the pen and longevity in the cow herd. Most importantly, we want to express our gratitude toward our customers and community. We were truly blessed with great attendance at our first production sale here at the ranch last February. Your support and belief in our program is humbling. Throughout the year we have received comments from bull customers about how the bulls have successfully held up in their operations. We have also received inquiries from potential customers that have heard about us through current customers. Nothing beats word-ofmouth advertising and we are grateful for that.

Looking to the future, we pray for moisture and we trust that God will provide. We invite you to stop by anytime to view the offering. We are looking forward to another great year. Come enjoy a brisket meal with us and acquire your next herd sire or foundation female! We will have the ice cream machine running!

God Bless,

Jay & Shauna Meyring

Starting an agricultural entity from scratch is desirable but seldom accomplished in today’s financial environment. The investment in land, equipment, and stock is a mountain in itself. However, it’s the stories of sacrifice and discipline that intrigue most agriculturalists, as those who achieve the goal share stories, we can all learn from. Passion, no doubt, fuels the fire, but discipline must come first and foremost in the infant stages if that passion is to become a way of life. Very few have the grit to meet the challenges and overcome the setbacks often encountered in the volatile marketplace; a business mind with a sharp pencil is an absolute must to grasp and employ all available risk management tools.

Jay and Shauna Meyring come from deep Colorado roots, but the opportunity to relocate to Western Nebraska to pursue their life passions and goals in the beef industry was the catalyst. They will humbly admit that they have had help and affiliation with several great people throughout the industry to credit their success, but it was the tenacious application of discipline and forethought that continues to push the outfit across the finish line. As their family grew up on the ranch and moved off to further their education, the writing on the wall told the ranching couple they needed to expand into the seedstock sector of the business in preparation for the potential return of the next generation. The best asset this outfit has for seedstock production is the deep roots they have in the cattle feeding and commercial cow calf sectors of the beef business. Every female or sire acquisition is done with a focus on the bottom line and low-input conversion to maximize returns.

As one studies the pages of this sale book, note the combined traits leading to growth, carcass, and maternal performance. We see this offering as strong for the full-circle approach to the beef business. For those who are commercially affiliated, Jay would love the opportunity to feed the genetics offered. The family operation is serious about improving the end product and also desires to continue improving the female base in terms of maternal instinct and drive. Without the cow, the business cannot go on. Jay and company understand that heifer retention is necessary and realize that the marketplace and the industry have been very terminal driven in an effort to keep up with supply and demand. They have been selecting sires to use at the breeding box that are all-inclusive or driven toward terminal or maternal to provide you, the existing or prospective customer, with the product that you need.

Last year’s offering was well received across the region, and we fully anticipate this set of stock to outperform 2025 by a good margin. The firm’s quest to invest in the best sires and donors to employ has been met with more specific selection requirements, with a strong focus on quality. Jay understands, as well as any cattle feeder, that most of the stock on feed today is still appraised by the human eye, so quality and scale still matter. This is the thinking behind the steady improvements in phenotype and performance measurements, supported by genomically enhanced data. They are committed to producing the very best to fit the mold that makes the customer the absolute, most profitable return.

The team at Innovation AgMarketing invites you to attend the second annual production sale for the Meyring Family at their new, climate-controlled event center. We promise the cattle will be great and the hospitality greater. If you need any assistance with selection, additional information, or sight unseen purchasing, please reach out to any of the Meyring or Innovation team. We hope to see everyone at the ranch outside of Alliance, Nebraska on February 26, 2026.

Enjoy the cattle and thank you for your interest,

THE BULL OFFERING

• We think that it’s only fitting to initiate the bull offering with a tribe of brothers from the 983G donor dam that consistently brings the goods to the bull development pen on an annual basis.

• R944N surfaced in the weaning pen as he surpassed the 800-pound threshold and has not let off the throttle in terms of daily improvement and sheer conversion. He topped the pen with an ADG over 4.6 pounds per day and mashed the yearling scale with 1475 pounds.

• His data record matches his expected genetic contributions, where he ranks as a leader for YW, ADG, and CW.

LOT 1 - MCC- ANTHEM R944N

MCC- ANTHEM B977N

• Another impressive son of LCDR Anthem 33K from the donor with a proven track record for success, W/C Miss Werning 983G!

• He’s a blazed faced stud that mashed the scales at weaning to adjust to 838 pounds of what matters if you sell your calves at weaning.

• He offers an impressive, expected data profile featuring trait leading values for WW, YW, ADG, CW, REA, TI, and $GN.

MCC- ANTHEM R732N

• What a powerful, big outlined, soft bodied, solid black option from the impressive genetic blend of LCDR Anthem 33K on the resident W/C Miss Werning 983G donor.

• We expect him to collect quite the fan base by sale day from those who desire improved performance with profit potential on board.

• He ranks among the very best 1% for WW, YW, ADG, and CW, the top 2% for $GN, the better 3% for TI and REA, and the top 25% for DOC and Marb.

MCC- ANTHEM B980N

• Another big outlined son of LCDR Anthem 33K with tons of growth and WDA on board. His look and presence were on the ranch staff’s radar all summer when checking pairs, and he continued that impression factor from weaning to picture day.

• He posted 875 reasons for investment merit and ownership consideration at weaning. This high quality, industry/herd improver leads the breed for TI, API, WW, and YW with values for Stay and MCE that indicate his daughters will be valuable replacements for any beef operation.

LCDR MS JANE 4J Dam of Lot 4 LOT

MCC- STATESMAN Y032N

• The only son of the program leading donor, W/C Miss Werning 983G, sired by TSN Statesman K006 in this offering. He is a curve bending, performance trait leader that posted 810 pounds of payweight at weaning time that assisted over 1300 pounds of yearling.

• He is big in his framework, flexibly hinged, near perfect in his pattern, with plenty of length and extension.

• His genetic ledger certifies him as a true trait leader for the breed for WW, YW, ADG, CW, and TI, with values for API, Stay, and $GN that represent the better end of the business.

• W/C Miss Werning 983G does it again with the genetic assistance from the popular Boyd Bellringer 2010.

• G006N posted 853 pounds of adjusted performance merit at weaning and is a certified trait leader for WW, YW, ADG, and CW, with advantages for $GN, TI, and Marb.

• We believe that many will find this one on their sale day short list with his impressive genomically enhanced EPD spread and his unrivaled kind in person. He is so dense, so bold in his center body, and substantially powerful in his muscle.

MCC- EZEKIEL G241N

MCC- EZEKIEL Y280N

• This mating generated cattle with industry merit and substance. G241N is tremendously powerful, huge bodied, big ended, and comes with the extra substance of skeleton.

• His donor dam is very impressive, and his sire brings a new twist from the Angus circles.

• A uniquely matched SimAngus bull that comes loaded with the goods from all aspects of beef production.

• His data profile indicates that his cattle should gather all premium opportunities associated with harvest, as they will have the quality and yields needed to capture optimum value.

• The Meyring firm is very satisfied with this genetic blend of the standout Angus stud C5 Ezekial 3004 on their selection from JS Simmental, JS Autumn 3H. 3H would represent one of the very proven and prolific donor families from the Iowa based program that is rich in productive quality.

• A herd sire prospect that offers a rare genetic combination of calving ease and carcass merit with suitable growth drivers and maternal traits. His quality in balance and look indicates that his daughters should experience high retention value and have the necessary track record of longevity to remain in the program for years to come.

• Every live calf has a significant impact on the profitability of any operation but in market times like we have and will continue to experience, those live calves born impact the growth and expansion prospects for all outfits.

• Y280N should prove to be a low-birth-weight sire with big advantages for red meat yield when his cattle are harvested.

LOT 7 - MCC- EZEKIEL G241N

THE BULL OFFERING

MCC- FORCE Y048N

• This would be the other brother from the 970G donor dam, sired by the powerful Chestnut Force 482.

• Y048N has slight numeric advantages after the DNA was submitted for both weaning and yearling, and becomes a trait leader for both traits, including ADG.

• We do expect his daughters to be slightly more gifted as low input production females that should be better suited for most management protocols. However, as close as the two brothers are after submission of DNA, in terms of their stats, we are really not sure why anyone needing multiple bulls wouldn’t want to sack the duo up to enhance uniformity for any production aspect.

• From another rising star in the MCC Donor Pen, we bring you a pair of full brothers sired by the elite, Chestnut Force 482 from W/C Miss Werning 970G. 970G is a direct daughter of Mr SR 71 Right Now E1538 that stems back to the famed W/C Miss Werning A343.

• This female puts 12 profit drivers and all three index values in the upper half of the business, with most of those in the best third.

• Boyd Justification sired one smooth, attractive, balanced female with a discerning presence of pride and poise.

• She posted quite the measured data as well, with a moderate 82-pound birth weight that helped to assist a 102 weaning ratio and a yearling ratio of 101.

• PE 5/25/25-8/1/25 TO OMF MOST WANTED M47 (ASA:4413144) & JWC HONOR 413L (ASA: 4221310) SAFE TO PE SIRE - EST. DUE 3/21/26 WITH HEIFER CALF

Sire

• An intriguing, low percentage SimAngus female with suitable growth, calving merit, and index values.

• This daughter of the popular son of Connealy Confidence Plus, E&B Plus One is awesome bodied, smooth designed, and very sound in her kind. The genetic blend with 5048Z will be like wine as this female matures.

• She ratios 104 at weaning and 106 at a year and posts an EPD ledger that compares. We expect her genetic contributions to equate to more live calves with profitability attached through premiums on the rail.
