OlĂ© Marketplace heads north for holiday shopping fun! October 23rd-25th, 2008 At the Alzafar Shrine Temple Ready for the cooler temperature of the San Antonio fall season? Always vow to finish your holiday shopping long before parking lot traffic is a nightmare? Good news! OlĂ© Marketplace is almost here with all the great shopping and fun events you have come to expect. Mark your calendar for Thursday, October 23 â Saturday, October 25. Even better news! OlĂ© Marketplace returns this year to the Alzafar Shrine Temple with almost 100 fabulous merchants from across the U.S. OlĂ© Marketplace 2008 features three s p e c i a l events: The shopping starts with Ready, Set, Shop, an exclusive, pri- Shoppers swarm the aisles at OlĂ© 2007 vate shopping event on Thursday, October 23rd. From 9:00am â Noon you will have the first look at our premiere OlĂ© Marketplace merchants. Enjoy a delicious breakfast while sipping signature OlĂ© Marketplace mimosas. Bring your shopping shoes and your friends because this much fun must be shared! Tickets are $35 per person. On Thursday night the fun really heats up with the Leagueâs favorite coupleâs party, Salsa &
Shopping, presented by Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry. From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm enjoy Mexican appetizers while shopping our fabulous OlĂ© Merchants. Hors dâoeuvres, beer, wine and margaritas are included in the ticket price. Bid on fabulous silent auction items from our 2008 OlĂ© Merchants and some of San Antonioâs finest businesses. Salsa & Shopping tickets cost $45 each or two for $80. The fun continues Friday night. Yes, ladies, Holiday Soiree, Cocktails for a Cause is back for a second year. Call your girlfriends and come out from 6:00 pm â 9:00 pm for first class shopping, our signature OlĂ© Marketplace drink, light hors dâoeuvres, and hourly door prizes. Cash bar also available.
