Asinteriorsofretailfacilitieshave shownincreasedacquisitionsincelastyear,ID+C accounted for10projects byratingsystem,while retailfacilitiesaccounted for10projects bysector. Thetotalnumberofcertified projects since2009has reached 383,anincreaseof4.1%q-o-q.
• Thirty-nine projects acquiredCASBEE-BD certification in1Q26,withquarterlyacquisition numbers increasingq-o-q butdecreasing y-o-y. By rank,A-rankaccounted for24projects, representing themajority. Bysector,logisticsfacilitiesledat19 projects, followed byofficesateight andmultifamilyatsix.Asthenumberofexpired certifications significantlyexceeded new acquisitionsduringthe quarter,thetotalnumber ofCASBEE-BD-certified projects decreased by3.8%q-o-q to510.
• CASBEE-REcertification wasacquiredby237 projects in1Q26,withquarterlyacquisitionnumbers increasingq-o-q andremaining almostflaty-o-y. By rank,A-rankaccounted for133projects (lessthan 60%),whileS-rankaccounted for98projects (nearly 40%).Bysector, multi-familyled at94projects, followed byofficesat75andlogisticsfacilitiesat39. ThetotalnumberofCASBEE-RE-certified projects reached 3,103,a5.0%increaseq-o-q.

• Nineprojects acquiredWELLcertification in1Q26, withquarterlyacquisitionnumbers increasingboth q-o-q andy-o-y. Allnine projects were offices,and sevenofthemachievedPlatinumcertification. Outof thethreecertificationsthatexpired duringthe quarter,twoareundergoing recertification. Thetotal numberofWELL-certifiedprojects, includingfour undergoing recertification, totaled 73,increasing 12.3%q-o-q.
• Noprojects acquired Fitwelcertificationin1Q26, markingeighthconsecutive quarterswithoutnew acquisitions.Thetotalnumber ofFitwel-certified projects remained unchanged atfive.
• Eightprojects acquired CASBEE-WOcertification in 1Q26,withquarterlyacquisitionnumbersincreasing q-o-q butdecreasing y-o-y. Byrank,S-rank accounted forsixprojectsandA-rankfortwo.Asthe numberofexpired certifications werelowerthan newacquisitionsduring thequarter,thetotal numberofCASBEE-WO-certified projects increased by1.5%q-o-q to198.
