Therefore, thevacancyrateatendQ42026is forecasttodecline to2.0%.Vacanciesintop-tier buildingsaregetting scarceinearnest.Withavailablefloorspacebecoming limited, the upwardtrend inrents iscontinuing, andtheannualrentalgrowthratefor2026isprojected tobearound10%.
