We’ll prepare your contract once your paperwork is accepted. Review it and sign within 48 hours to keep your build on schedule and pay your remaining balance of 5% deposit.
If your build is being financed, this is the time to finalise loan approval with your bank or broker.
This is the time to choose your colours, finalise your electrical plan, and submit your sales paperwork for review. Once JG King accepts your paperwork, your 3 weeks to contact signing begins. *Deposit is non-refundable and is subject to T&C’s)

While you’re getting excited about your new home, we will apply for developers approval then lodge your plans with the building surveyor.
You’ll review and sign off on your final plans, colours and inclusions in readiness to move towards construction.
