YOUR PROMISE Select your desired floorplan, facade and design options. Sign your New Home Estimate, house siting and all supporting documents. Provide a copy of your land contract. Provide your finance pre-approval. Pay your $2,000 initial payment* (Greenfield Estates) to secure your place on the journey. (Additional $500 for Acreage and Brownfield). * Initial payment is non-refundable and sales documents must be completed and signed within 14 days.

• We will make contact and communicate with you on the journey ahead. • Online colour selection showroom link is emailed to you. • Book all upcoming appointments. • Appointment confirmation and sample MBAV building contract is sent for your review. • Obtain your site investigations and Property Service Information for titled land. • Complete compliance assessment, detailed siting and contract plans. YOUR PROMISE Provide your CSA with finance and land title updates (if required). Get started on your online colour selections. Become familiar with your sample MBAV building contract. • Provide detailed tender presentation and pricing. • Present detailed siting and tender plans.
• Assisted walk through of your completed online selection showroom.
• Review and capture any final upgrades and complete tender for your signature.
• Our Colour Consultant will guide you through our showroom and assist with your vision.
• Once your tender is signed and further payment is paid, we will prepare your building contract plans, order slab engineering and make regulatory applications where applicable.
• Personalised electrical consultation (subject to region).

YOUR PROMISE Attend your personalised tender appointment. Confirm your upgrade options. Obtain planning permits where applicable. Confirm and sign your tender documents. Pay a further $2000* (payable on the day of tender appointment) to secure your contract.

Research interior and exterior colour selections and electrical layout ideas. Complete your online colour selections. Attend appointments prepared and with adequate time to finalise. Confirm and sign off on your colour and electrical documentation on the appointment of the day.

• Our contract presenter will guide you through the contract. • Counter sign your contract on the day. • Obtain Homeowners Warranty Insurance. • Send signed copies of the contract to your finance contact.
• Construction plans are now issued. • Obtain your Developer Approval, building permit and 7-star energy rating. • Asset Protection & Community Infrastructure Levy paid to Council (where applicable). • Supplier orders prepared and issued. • Prepare file for construction.
Appointments – Monday to Friday during business hours – allow 2 hours. YOUR PROMISE Attend your contract appointment at JG King Homes Office. Sign your MBAV building contract and all supporting documents. Confirm details of your finance contact. Pay balance of 5% deposit.
• Selection appointment to be conducted offsite at a Beaumont Tiles store (subject to region). YOUR PROMISE Review and sign final construction plans. Obtain septic permit (where applicable). Confirmation and proof of land settlement. Proof of unconditional finance approval from your finance contact. Your land is clean, clear and ready to go. All title pegs are in place on your land (if not, a re-establishment survey is required).
