Paid orders promptly ship within 7-14 business days. If expedited shipping is required, please specify your desired time frame and we will do our best to accommodate you. Inked Brands is not responsible for carrier delays.
PRICING
Inked Brands requires that any price lower than the minimum advertised price shall not appear on retailers’ websites or advertisements. Any violation of the pricing policy will result in the account being suspended.
BACKORDERS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel all backorders under $50. Any damages must be reported to wholesale@inkedbrands.com within one week of receipt of order. All merchandise must be returned unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations not made within 24 hours incur a 15% restocking fee. Backordered items will be noted on your invoice and packing slip. All backorders will be invoiced at the same time as the original purchase order.
ONLINE COMMERCE
Inked Brands prohibits retailers from selling products on third party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay. Doing so without permission will result in account termination. Inked Brands also prohibits retailers from reselling product on any wholesale site.
EXCLUSIVITY
Inked Brands strives to be sensitive to retailers and their territory. Whenever possible, we will try to prevent overlap. However, we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please contact us if you have territory questions or concerns.
PACKAGING & DISPLAY
All Inked Brands products must be sold in their original packaging. All items are ready to be displayed in a retail setting.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
Minimum order of 6 per style on most products. Gel Pens have a minimum of 20 pens per color, and Customized Gel Pens have a minimum order of 324, increasing in multiples of 162.
