PAYMENT

• First orders must be prepaid by credit card. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (US Only). Payments are finalized at the time of shipment.

• To apply for net 30 terms, please complete and sign our Oré Credit Application, which is available online under the Wholesale Terms section. Submit via fax to 562-961-3305 and allow 1 week for processing. Customers in business for less than one year must complete a 6-month waiting period after the first order prior to consideration for net

SHIPPING & BACKORDERS

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Non-standard orders and shipments during peak season (July – September) may require longer lead times.

• All merchandise is shipped FOB Long Beach, CA via UPS Ground unless an alternate method is specified.

• Orders must observe designated case pack quantities. Oré reserves the right to adjust the quantity ordered to meet our requirements or apply a handling charge for each broken case pack quantity.

• Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

• We do not offer drop shipping.

• Backorders will be shipped within 60 days of original ship date or cancelled. All backorders under $50 will be automatically cancelled. If you do not accept backorders, it must be noted on your order. Normal freight will be charged on back-ordered goods.

• Ship Dates & Cancel Dates must be on orders.

COLLECTIONS

• Past due invoices are assessed a late charge of 3% per month or 20% per year.

• Reorders placed by past-due accounts cannot be shipped until all open invoices are paid in full.

• Past-due accounts will not receive authorizations for returns.

• Returned checks, stopped-payment checks and unjustified credit card charge backs are subject to a $50 service fee. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney fees and court costs as well as interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on any past due, unpaid balance.

• We do not accept COD (Collect on Delivery) payments.

RETURNS

• Returns require prior authorization from Oré Originals.

• To assist in processing your return in a timely manner, please fill out our Returns and Exchange form, available on our website, and fax it to us at 562-961-3305 with a copy of your original order or invoice copy.

• Any claims of damages, shortages, or defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.

• Transit claims and damages must be made with transit company within 7 days of receipt.

• Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight costs.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with no price stickers. Any item not returned in its original condition may be refused and/or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Remember that products made from recycled materials and handmade finished products may vary in color and texture. These are not considered flaws.

• All sale merchandise is sold as final sale and no returns or exchanges on these items will be accepted.
