I remember feeling so excited as a child as I snuggled down at bedtime and my mum would take my Moomin book from our old oak bookcase. I adored the stories (which I never wanted to end) and loved meeting all of the wonderful characters that resided in their most magical world. Still to this day they evoke those memories of my childhood for me. I’m sure you can imagine, that to be given the opportunity to create a series of collections based on Tove Jansson’s stories and original illustrations later in life, was a dream come true. I feel so proud to share these collections with you all, which have been created stitch-by-stitch with love.
