He said students from all levels of academic achievement are encouraged to apply. Bruce, son of Tbm and Darlynn Fellman, was a 1982 graduate of Westeide High School. He was active in BBYO and served as president, vice president, secretary.and treasurer of Choim Weizmann AZA. « He attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and was participating in the University of Pittsburg's Senwster at Sea at the time of his death.
