ADL will honor The Society of Fellow;, Anti-Defamation League el B'nai H'rith will present Torch of Liberty Awards to Sam and Magda Fried, Sunday at 4 p.m. during a private reception at the residence of Stephen H. and Kathryn W. Simon. The Awards are in recognition and appreciation of their outstanding service and dedication to this community, counteracting antiSemitism and bigotry and .advancing American Democratic ''ideals. The men'of B'nai B'rith's Cornhusker Lodge went into the 'construction business' Sunday morning and by the end of their shift had successfully decorated sukkahs at the Jewish Community Center and the Rose Blumkin Home — and had rebuilt the sukkah at the Jewish Day School. Those participating in the project are Robert Hurwitz, Dennis Paley, Frank Goldberg, Leon Wintroub, Alvin Abramsori, Michael Abramson, David Siege], Gary Epstein, Tom Neuman, and Steve Riekes.
