Tom Neuman, JCC program director, chairman of the conference, has announced that professionals from St. Louii, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Chicago, St. Paul and Omaha will work together on (he theme, "The Jewish Community in Transition". Steven M- Cohen, former director of the Institute for Jewish Community Life at City University of New York and currently visiting associate professor, the Center for Modern Jewish Studies, Brundeis University, will be the

The speaker Is Aleck Goldberg, executive director, South African Jewish' Hoard of Deputies. His topic is: The South African Jrvrlsh Community... A United Jewry in a Divided Sorieiy. According to the announcement, Mr. Goldberg's visit has been made possible with the aid of Mrs. David E. Beber. Mr. Goldberg also is scheduled to lecture at the Tauber Institute of Brandeis University, the Jewish Community Council of Metropolitan Boston, the Israel Conservative Congregation, Washington and the American Jewish Committee in Washington.

He was both the builder and owner of the facilities he managed in Gcrlng, Neb. and in Casper, Wyo.
