Gerald Grant, president of the Lincoln Jewish Welfare Federation, has announced that Mrs. Gary (Cece) Hill has been appointed chairman of the Women's Division for the 1982 Federation Campaign. Mrs. Hill has served the Lincoln Jewish Welfare Federation in the past, having chaired the Women's Campaign following the 1973 war when the community was asked to make emergency contributions toward the special effort being waged for the benefit of the citizens of Israel.
