AsJCC Chief Phil Cofman, executive director of the Jewish Commu-. nity Center the past four years, has resigned. Mr. Cofman submitted his letter of resignation to the Center's Board of Directors last week citing personal reasons. The Board accepted his resignation which is effective Dec. 31. Jay Lerner, president of the JCC, issued the following statement to the Jewish Press: "Phil Cofman has made a very positive contribution to our Jewish Community Center since becoming its executive director more than four years ago.
