The proclamation will be presented to Dr. Kenneth Cooper, nationally known physical fitness expert who is the keynote speaker at the JCC's Health Fair, Oct. 24-25. . She also is involved with the Philanthropies Women's Division and is program chairman tor the V97B Campaign. She. has served as workshop chairman for the 1977 Philanthropies Women's Division. A workers' continental breakfast meeting will take place at the Meyerson residence, 9859 Harney Parkway South, Monday at 9:30 a.m. There will be a fashion show ana luncheon at the JCC Oct. 13.
