OMAHA-Senator Frank Ctiurch, Presidential candidate, will be among the marchers during the last mile of the Israel Independence Day March, Sunday, May 9. Senator Church and his wife and Congressional candidates Lee Terry, John Cavanaugh, Joe Moss and wife Phyllis, Hess Dyas and Lenore Etchison will join the marchers at the final rest stop, Beth Israel West, 12604 Pacific Street, where they will proceed to the Jewish Community Center for the Israel I n d e p e n d e n c e Day celebration. The march will kick-off the celebration of the 28th anniversary of the Independence of the State of Israel. Youths and adults will participate in the march which starts at Temple Israel, 69th and Cass, at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to reach its destination, the JCC at 333 South 132nd Street, at approximately 1 p.m.
