Austria Bows to Arab Terrorists: Jewish Transit Camp Will Close V i e n n a (JTA) — Austrian Chancellor Bruno Kreisky who met privately with I s r a e l i Prime Minister Golda Meir on Tuesday, told a news conference that he had not bowed to her demand to reverse his Cabinet's decision to close a Jewish transit camp at Schocnau. "No agreement has been reached," Kreisky said after the meeting with Mrs. Meir that l a s t e d nearly two hours. Kreisky and Mrs. Meir conferred for 30 minutes privately. (Later they were joined by Austrian Minister of Interior Otto Roesch and the Israeli Ambassador Yitzhak Patish. Diplomatic sources said the- talks were held in a very serious
atmosphere. Mrs. Meir then flew back to Israel. The Austrian g o v e r n m e n t seems to be prepared,for some sort ol compromise. "I made only one proposal: The Austrian government is ready to examine tbe possibility to put the transit camp under the protection of tbe UN Commissioner of Refugees," Kreisky said. "But Mrs..
