Omaha Celebration for Israel's 22nd Birthday Members of the Lincoln, Council Bluffs, Sioux City and Des Moines communities will join with residents of Omaha In observing the 22nd anniversary of the State of Israel on Sunday, May 10. According to the co-chairmen, Mrs. Jack E. Cohen and' Mr. Alvin Ross, plans are being made for bus loads of residents from the surrounding communities to attend and parr ticipate in the festivities at Memorial Park and the reception which will be held following. Activities at Memorial Park will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 10 with the presentation of colors by the Jewish War Veterans and the Central High Color Guard. The program will Continue until 4 p.m. and will Include the "appearance of many of Omaha's outstanding musical groups, leading dignitaries representing the local community, SAC, and out-oftown leaders; the National Conference of Christians and Jews, Christian clergymen and representatives of Jewish organizations.
