Lipsey Announces Sale Stanford -Lipsey, publisher of the SUN Newspapers, has announced the sale of the SUN papers and its companion firm,The Blacker Printing Company, to a company controlled by Buffett Partnership Ltd., of Omaha, headed by Omahan, Warren Buffett. Buffett will become chair: man.of the board of the companies and Lipsey will remain' as president and publisher. The SUN Newspaper group was founded'by the late David Blacker, former publisher of the Omaha Jewish Press, Mr. Blacker published -the Jewish Press -from 1030 to 1950, at which time tlie Omaha Jewish Federation.
