Robert M. Feinberg, prominent Omaha philanthropist and leader, will be the guest of honor at a testimonial dinner for State of Israel Bonds, on Sunday, December 8, at the Highland Country Club, it was announced this week by Maurice Gilmore, chairman of die 1968 Omaha Israel Bond Campaign. In announcing plans for the dinner, Mr. Gilmore noted that that this year marks the 20th anniversary of the S t a t e of Israel, and that" Israel Bonds "provide funds for every phase of economic development. "Israel's role in transforming homeless refugees into pioneers and builders of a reborn Jewish homeland was determined to a • large degree by the economic advances which Israel Bonds have helped make pdssible," said Mr. Gilmore. (JTA)—Arab servicemen b e i n g trained at the Homestead Air Force Base near here in the operation and maintenance of F-104 jet fighters ; which the United States is supplying to the Kingdom of Jordan, have been canvassing gunshops in the downtown Miami .area to buy small arms to take back to Jordan. Senior Citizens 16th Anniversary ; Luncheon Monday
