Temple Dedication Will Begin Friday Three former rabbis of Temple Israel will take part In tlie dedication ceremonies at the new temple starting Friday, Sept. 17, Milton Livingston, president of the congregation, announced. They are Rabbi David Wlce of Philadelphia; Rnbbl Arthur Lelyveld, national director of the Hillel Foundation In New York City; and Rabbi Lbu H. Sllbcrmnn, faculty member of Vanderbilf College, Nashville, Tenn. Rabbis Wlce and Lclyvcld will participate In the opening service September 17 and at the congregational banquet Saturday evening,
