The annual meeting and election of officers of the City Talmud Torah will be held at the Jewish Community Center auditorium on Wednesday evening, November 16, starting at 7:30 p. m. The meeting is open to the' public. All contributors to the Jewish Philanthropies and all parents of Talmud Torah popils are especialy urged to attend. M. M. Barish, president of the Talmud Torah, will preside. Speakers will .include Rabbi Frederick Cohn, Rabbi David A. Goldstein, Rabbi.N. Feldman and Dr. P. Sher. The annual report will be given by Aaron Katz, principal of the Talmud Torah.
