PERSONAL WORK

Native Frontyard 2020-2024

Is a constant work in progress - experimenting with different plants that perform well year-round.

It attracts an abundance of native insects, birds, lizards, and small mammals.

The garden features a small seating area with flagstones and log stumps, birdfeeders, nest boxes, and a metal art sculpture.

Much of the inspiration comes from hiking, the 2019 superbloom, and similar gardens featured in the Theodore Payne Native Gardens Tours.
