• Jesuit went 9-for-12 on third downs against MacArthur and scored passing touchdowns on three of their five trips into the red zone. The Rangers held MacArthur to a 9-of-17 clip on third down chances.

9 • Charlie Peters • Sr. • QB Matched a career-high with six touchdowns against MacArthur on Friday...completed 22 of 28 passes for 225 yards...needs 122 passing yards to pass the 1,500 yard mark for this season...needs one touchdown to hit the 20-TD mark. 14 • Blake Bodnar • Sr. • WR Became the first Ranger since 2017 (Fletcher Rosenbleeth) to catch three touchdowns in one game...finished the MacArthur game with seven catches for 97 yards. 21 • Shane Parker • Jr. • WR Scored his second touchdown of the season on a four-yard reception in the first quarter...currently second on the team in receiving (29 catches, 163 yards) and third on the team in rushing (23 carries, 104 yards). 3 • Cade Gill • Sr. • LB Erupted for nine tackles, two tackles for loss and a massive sack against MacArthur...ranks third on the team with 51 tackles and currently has a team-leading 3.5 tackles for loss...tied for the team lead with two sacks.

• Jesuit has welcomed back several key contributors back to the lineup after early season injuries, as senior Henry Bourret returned after a week two injury and senior Jack Yeskie returned on Friday following an injury during the first week of play.

25 • Julien Bird • Sr. • LB Leads the team with 66 tackles...racked up nine stops against MacArthur...also recorded an assisted tackle for loss and forced a fumble during his senior season.

• The Rangers are 13-0 against Richardson dating back to the 2010 season. The Rangers average 42.31 points against the Eagles.

7 • Jaeger Krauss • Sr. • WR Leads the team with 31 catches for 401 yards and eight touchdowns...has caught a touchdown pass in six of the team’s seven games this season...averaging 12.9 yards per reception...averages 79.6 all-purpose yards per game.

QUICK NOTES: RICHARDSON • Richardson suffered its first district loss of the season to J.J. Pearce, 64-41. The Eagles committed three turnovers despite out-gaining J.J. Pearce, and saw an unbeaten start to district play ended to the high-powered Mustangs’ offense.

• Wide receiver Dameon Crowe has exploded for 769 receiving yards and nine receiving touchdowns this season. Crowe, who transferred to Richardson from Berkner in the offseason, is averaging 20.78 yards per reception.

44 • Gabriel James • Jr. • LB Racked up a career high 13 tackles against the Cardinals... currently second on the team with 62 tackles on the year, adding two sacks, two pass breakups and a recovered fumble.

• The Richardson run game is led by Kevin Willingham, Jr., who has seven touchdowns and 222 yards on the year.

Friday marks the second time that Jesuit Dallas has visited Eagle-Mustang Stadium this season. In the Rangers’ first visit, Jesuit dropped a last-minute, 48-42 decision to J.J. Pearce. Prior to that loss, the Rangers were 4-0 at EagleMustang dating back to the 2021 season.

Friday marks the beginning of the fourth week of District 7-6A play. This season, Jesuit competes alongside the three members of Irving ISD (Irving, MacArthur, Nimitz) and the four members of Richardson ISD (Berkner, J.J. Pearce, Lake Highlands, Richardson).

Jesuit has earned 29 trips to the red zone this season, and have scored on 79.3 percent of their trips inside the 25-yard line. Against MacArthur, the Rangers went 3-for-5, scoring three passing touchdowns.

The Jesuit Dallas radio team of Tom Walsh and Chris Martinez return to the airwaves on Thursday, continuing their 27th season on 770 KAAM. In addition, Jesuit Dallas will provide a free video broadcast via the Jesuit Ranger Sports Network.

Senior quarterback Charlie Peters has thrown at least one touchdown pass in every game this season. Last Thursday’s game against Lake Highlands marked the first time this year that Peters was limited to a single touchdown. Friday’s six-touchdown outing matched his career high output.

This year’s football team will be led by an impressive lineup of seniors, as 45 members of the Jesuit Dallas Class of 2025 will suit up for the Rangers. Jesuit Dallas will celebrate the senior class on Friday, November 8 during the program’s annual senior night ceremony.

The Ranger defensive backfield has broken up 22 pass attempts this year. Senior Arsen Ventura currently leads the team with five pass breakups, followed by three from senior Merritt Johnson and two from seniors Cade Gill, Robert Prager, John Keeton Parrish, Jake Fults and junior Gabriel James.

Friday’s victory provided Jesuit Dallas head coach Brandon Hickman with his 75th district victory. Hickman is 75-20 against district foes, finishing 11 of his 12 seasons with a district record above .500.
