9 • Charlie Peters • Sr. • QB Completed 25-of-42 passes for 276 yards and two touchdowns, adding 111 yards and two touchdowns on the ground...needs 68 passing yards to hit 1,000 yards on the season...75 yards away from hitting 4,000 career passing yards. 7 • Jaeger Krauss • Sr. • WR Has caught at least one touchdown in every game this season...currently tied for the lead in the district with seven receiving touchdowns, and ranks sixth in receiving yards. 80 • Harlan Beucler • Jr. • WR Over the past two games, Beucler has racked up four catches for 173 yards and a touchdown...averaging 37.2 yards per catch.

3 • Cade Gill • Sr. • LB Secured a team-leading 13 tackles against Pearce, recording a tackle for loss, forced fumble, pass breakup and quarterback hurry...ranks third on the team with 35 tackles.

• Jesuit forced three turnovers against Pearce as fumbles were forced by seniors Cade Gill and Robert Prager, wich loose balls recovered by junior Gabriel James and senior Kane Murray. Prager also added an interception while Gill led the team with 13 tackles on the day.

25 • Julien Bird • Sr. • LB Leads the team with 49 tackles, racking up 10 solo stops and 39 assisted stops...has posted a forced fumble and an assisted tackle for loss. 17 • Noah McGough • Sr. • K Ranks second on the team with 28 points scored this year... is 2-for-34in field goal attempts, hitting from 29 yards against Hebron before converting a 25-yarder against New Orleans... currently 22-for-22 in extra point attempts.

QUICK NOTES: LAKE HIGHLANDS • Lake Highlands is one of two teams in District 7-6A that has started league play with a 2-0 mark following a 31-0 win over MacArthur last Thursday. The Wildcats’ vaunted rushing attack pummeled the Cardinals, combining for 202 rushing yards.

• The Wildcats have won seven straight district games, dating back to a 55-35 loss to Berkner on Sept. 22, 2023.

44 • Gabriel James • Jr. • LB Ranks second on the team with 41 tackles...has two tackles for loss and two sacks to his name alongside a forced fumble...recently verbally committed to Ohio State University, where he will be rostered as a lacrosse goalkeeper.

• The Wildcats currently lead the district with 289.2 rushing yard per game, and rank second in the district in scoring with 37.2 points scored per game.

Last week against Pearce, the Ranger wide receiving corps showed its depth once again, as six Jesuit wide receivers caught passes against the Mustangs. Junior Shane Parker led the way with nine catches, while junior Harlan Beucler racked up a team-leading 94 yards.

Jesuit has earned 22 trips to the red zone this season, and have scored on 86.4 percent of their trips inside the 25-yard line. Last week against Pearce, Jesuit went 5-of-6 inside the red zone.

Thursday marks the beginning of the third week of District 7-6A play. This season, Jesuit competes alongside the three members of Irving ISD (Irving, MacArthur, Nimitz) and the four members of Richardson ISD (Berkner, J.J. Pearce, Lake Highlands, Richardson).

The Jesuit Dallas radio team of Tom Walsh and Chris Martinez return to the airwaves on Thursday, continuing their 27th season on 770 KAAM.

The Ranger defensive backfield has broken up 15 pass attempts this year over the first four games. Seniors Jake Fults, Cade Gill, Merritt Johnson, Cooper Smith and Arsen Ventura are currently tied for the team lead with two breakups apiece.

In addition to the Jesuit Dallas radio team, Thursday’s game will be broadcast live on CW33. Fans can watch on cable television or by visiting the station’s online viewing portal.

Opposing teams have only converted 14-of-39 third downs against the Rangers, a 36 percent clip on the year. Last week, Irving went 4-for-13 on third down opportunities (30.7 percent).

This year’s football team will be led by an impressive lineup of seniors, as 45 members of the Jesuit Dallas Class of 2025 will suit up for the Rangers.
