To Our Mom in Heaven

It’s been so hard without you. We miss your hugs, kisses, and the time we shared. Wish we could have you back for a while, but we know that’s not possible. We know you are in heaven watching and protecting us. We love you, Mom!

Love, Teranika, Qua, Darren, Serenity, Secret, Sincere, & Storm

Our hearts are broken since you left. To lose you, only those who love you know this feeling. Remembering you is easy; it’s the heartache of losing you that will never go away. You will always be in our hearts and memories. Momma’s baby girl and our sister forever.

Poem from Dee

Nothing could have prepared me for your loss. I thought I would understand, but I don’t. We were like sisters, and I miss hearing your voice, laughter, and our long talks on the phone. Those are the things I can’t get back, but will always be in memory. Gone too soon, and until we meet again.

Love Dee

My Dear Sister

We thought of you today

But that is nothing new We thought about you yesterday

And days before that, too We think of your silence

We often speak your name

Now all we have are memories

And your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake. With which we’ll never part. God has you in his keeping

We have you in our hearts.

Love Your Bonus, Sister Nette

She went on to further her education at Southwest Middle College, but she only completed a year. She began working at FedEx in 2010 and then at Amazon in 2022.

Her three sons, Jaquavious, Darren, and Sincere; her mom, Ressie; her father, Sammie; four sisters, Tontrice, Shandrele, Latasha, and Kristie; a brother, Terrell; a very special niece, D’Arrian; a bonus sister, Antionette; and a best friend, Ciara Beasley. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

“My Special Friend”

My special friend, the good times, fun, and priceless memories we shared together. I will treasure them forever. I sit back and laugh at our memorable friendship, girl—the personality you have just made me smile. Words can’t describe just how I feel. They say with time it will heal. Where thy soul dwells, my special friend “Nesha”. I bid farewell, our angel, get your rest, for God always picks the best as a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. You will be missed! Until we meet again.

Your Special Friend, Ciara Beasley
