IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SET UP THE day before the race, Ironman staff will put all supplies out at the Aid Station Location. When you arrive Race Morning you will need to set up the tables and tents (if provided). Keep any coolers under the table to help the ice last longer. ONLY FILL CUPS 1/2 FULL!
