"WHY" THIRTY-ONE? Full disclosure: I've been addicted to Thirty-One products for about six years. So, when I was given a free trip to Israel, I joined the company to earn the money to allow my husband to join me on the vacation of a lifetime. My first "Why?"! (Of course, I knew I'd get a ton of free Thirty-One goodies, too. Haha.) In four months, I had enough money to buy his ticket! The whole journey still feels like a dream... Long story short, after we made the trip, I had to revisit my "Why?" Fast-forward to the end of July, and the Thirty-One National Conference. The experience was so much more than the pep-rally-ish "Go Thirty-One!" fluffiness I'd expected. Our founder challenged all 10,000 of us on many levels--but not simply to increase our sales nor build our teams. Cindy reminded us that "We don't empower women to sell bags, we sell bags to empower women." She had me at EMPOWER! You see, I am also a life and ministry coach. Empowering others is what I was made to do! I left Conference knowing "Why" I partner with Thirty-One and the reason I "sell bags." This side-gig allows me to personally invest in my team, celebrate my hostesses, and support charities I never could before. The millions of dollars I make (LOL) helps to supplement our family budget, so that I can offer quality, affordable coaching to ministry leaders, as well as women-in-transition, small business owners, and overwhelmed mamas! Thank you for helping me to do what I was made to do! Oh, yeah...this little biz very much still supports my addiction to Thirty-One's increasingly amazing line of products!
