Through our extensive community outreach, Jefferson and its 17 hospitals throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, provide access to medical care that extends beyond its walls and is delivered directly to individuals where they live. By partnering with grassroots organizations, we seek to improve the health and well-being of communities through prevention and wellness programs, health education seminars, screenings and more.
